We had a great holiday
even though Ben had an ER shift from 2 until 8 but didn't finish until 10.
Over the weekend we went to a park to let Kharisma ride her bike.
She is getting pretty good with her balance bike
and has finally started just lifting her feet up and coasting around.
I love that whenever she wants to turn around and go the
other direction she gets off her bike
picks it up
makes sure we are watching as she says,
"Look how strong I am!"
turns it around
and gets back on.
Willum was so proud of himself.
He did the whole thing,
from climbing up the stairs
to sliding down the slide,
all by his self.
We went to a parade,
he sat in this chair practically the entire time.
Later that day we had a cook out with friends.
These pictures truly capture Willum.
The boy loves to eat.
We had a few *harmless* fireworks that went a little awry,
so this is how Kharisma spent most of the time.
Willum loved them, as you can see.
